Hi there, Love your blogs! I am actually planning to move my family to ND in 5-6 months and buy our first house there, do you have any advice or tips you could share?

Hello,
I like your website, it is very informative. I am a teacher assistant in a elementary school in Madrid Spain. At the moment my 5th grade class is learning about North Dakota. Is there anything in particular they about North Dakota that they could get intrested in. We learned about the snow angle record in Bismark and other things. Thanks for your help,
-Peter

Peter,
Thanks for the great comments. You may want to check out our http://www.ndtourism.com page or http://www.experiencend.com site. Both have interesting information. Take a peek through some of the information listed on each site and you may find a point of interest for their kids. We are one of the richest agricultural states in the US, and have a number of cool crops we plant that help to feed the world. We are one of the largest exporters of wheat which is what is used to make flour around the world. If that is of interest, here is a fun website to help incorporate ag into the classroom: http://www.ndaginclassroom.org/.
If you are interested in connecting with a classroom in North Dakota, please let me know and I can try and connect you with an administrator. If interested, please email me at smcmerty@nd.gov.
